PRICES
All prices listed are in Euro for the indicated number of persons per day, inlcuding VAT , exclusive of resort tax and end-of-stay cleaning fee. This fee is charged once per stay.

RESORT TAX
The resort tax per person and day amounts to € 4,00 is charged separately. Children and young adults under 15 years do not pay the resort tax.

ADVANCE PAYMENT & PAYMENT OPTIONS
After having received a written booking confirmation, a down payment of 30 % of the total booking amount is required for each apartment. Advance payments have to be made via money transfer within 7 days, free of charge for the accommodation provider. We sincerely hope you understand that we accept only one-week bookings (from Saturday to Saturday) during peak season times. Short stays of 3+ days are available at short notice and on prior arrangement.

One parking lot per apartment is available for free in the underground car park. Further parking lots can be found outdoors (free of charge). Further underground parking lots on request!

Three Wallboxes for electric cars € 0,60 / kW

Cleaning service for apartments 5x a week. Further cleaning service only on request and for an extra charge.Final Clean fee per apartement extra.

COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES
Guests are personally liable for all damages caused, lost keys or extremely dirty apartments which require extra cleaning.

SMOKING
Please note that the entire apartment house is a non-smoking area. Enjoy your cigarette outdoors on the balcony or terrace.

BARBECUE
on balcony or terrace is not allowed.

SAUNA
open 6 days / week. Closed on Saturday 

Booking Guarantee: Bookings are only guaranteed after we have received 30 % advance payment within 7 days after booking confirmation. Otherwise we cancel the reservation.

CANCELLATION TERMS
Until 8 days prior to arrival you can cancel your booking free of charge, 7 days prior or less to arrival: we charge 90%  of the total booking amount.(except discounted reservations)

CANCELLATION TERMS CHRISTMAS/ NEW YEAR/ FEBRUARY( and CARNIVAL)
Until 31 days prior to arrival you can cancel your booking free of charge, 30 days prior or less to arrival: we charge 90%  of the total booking amount.

Timely Cancellation: your advance payment will be refunded.

No show , later arrival or early departure we charge 100 % of the booking amount.

Please inform us as quickly as possible in written if you have to withdraw from the accommodation contract. Exceptions are made in case of an accident, severe illness or injury on presentation of a medical certificate or in case of other elemental damages.Send a doctor's certificate or a confirmation of the prevention. 

CHECK-IN /CHECK-OUT
Your booked aparment is ready for occupie from 4.30pm.Early CheckIn is after consultation possible,depending on availability.Checkout Time at 10am.Late Check out only after consultation,depending availability and for a fee of a day rent possible.

We would really appreciate it if you could let us know how your journey is going and if you suffer any delay then 10pm 

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Save money already in advance and take out a travel cancellation insurance provided by our partner "Europäische Reiseversicherung".
